We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and operate our service, including:

To review your property for pre-qualification and estimate your projected income
To contact you about your submission, our waitlist, and available units
To send you text/SMS updates if you opt in (e.g., pre-qualification results, batch availability)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us. Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using our service.

We use trusted service providers to operate our business, who may process your information on our behalf:

Communications (e.g., Twilio) — to send SMS and phone communications
Data storage (e.g., Supabase) — to store form submissions
Analytics & advertising (e.g., Meta) — to measure ad performance
