YardIncome offers premium, turnkey backyard rental units. Our website allows you to submit your information to request a free pre-qualification of your property — a review of your lot's eligibility for one of our units, including applicable permits, timelines, and a projected income estimate.
We currently serve selected markets in New York, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, and Virginia. Availability varies by location and is subject to local zoning and short-term-rental rules.
Submitting our pre-qualification form creates no obligation to purchase, and no purchase obligation is created by your use of this site. A pre-qualification is an informational review only and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or agreement.
Any income figures, nightly rates, or occupancy estimates shown on our site are projections based on comparable market data and are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not a guarantee of rental income, occupancy, or return. Actual results vary by market, property, seasonality, and other factors outside our control.
References to "$0 down" and deferred payment refer to financing that is subject to lender approval and credit qualification, and are not a commitment to lend. Final pricing, terms, and availability are confirmed only through a written agreement. Product specifications and pricing may change without notice.
